Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans & Billing

1.1. PrintQuote offers paid subscription tiers (billed monthly or annually) and/or pay-as-you-go estimation credits.

1.2. Subscriptions are billed automatically in advance on a recurring billing cycle starting on the date of purchase unless you terminate the subscription in accordance with Jestrs’ T&C’s.

2. Cancellations

2.1. How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your PrintQuote account settings dashboard or alternatively by emailing customer support at jestrlabs@gmail.com.

2.2. Effective Cancellation Date: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to your account and feature tier until that period expires.

2.3. No Automatic Renewal: Once cancelled, your plan will not automatically renew at the next billing cycle.

3. Refunds

3.1. Subscription Fees: All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing cycles, unused months, or downgrades mid-cycle.

3.2. Pay-As-You-Go Credits: Unused calculation credits or token balances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

3.3. Statutory Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Sales): If you are subscribing to PrintQuote as an individual consumer (rather than a business entity), you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under UK consumer law. However, if you begin using the paid features or performing estimations during this period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a full refund once service execution has commenced.

4. Exceptional Circumstances & System Errors

4.1. If you experience a technical failure or double billing error caused by a fault in the PrintQuote platform, please contact us within 14 days of the billing charge at jestrlabs@gmail.com.

4.2. Jestr Labs Ltd will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, may issue account credits or issue a full/partial refund where appropriate.

5. Changes to Fees and Terms

5.1. Jestr Labs Ltd reserves the right to modify subscription prices or credit costs at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to active subscribers with at least 30 days' advance notice on the website and/or email, before taking effect on your next renewal cycle.
